In the spirit of the New Year, we would like to ask you to seriously consider giving back to Mommy & Me by volunteering your time and efforts to fill a position on the current board, lead a playgroup, volunteer for the upcoming Outer Banks Parenting Expo, express interest in being part of the 2012-2013 board.

We are in need of filling the following positions immediately:

Guppy Playgroup Leaders Needed

Great opportunity for parents of babies!!

The guppies playgroup (ages 0-1) is looking for a new leader or co-leaders. 

Don’t spend this winter developing a fine case of cabin fever.  Make a commitment to yourself to get out once a week and spend some time with others experiencing the same joys, frustrations and stinky diaper pails. 

The guppies meet at the KDH rec center each Monday from 9:30-11.

Block Play Extravaganza for children ages 8 months to 5 years of age!

Come play and learn with lots and lots of blocks including little blocks, big

blocks, square blocks, round blocks, wooden blocks, foam blocks, wooden

planks and cardboard blocks. Receive information on the stages of block play

and tips to help your child learn math and science concepts through play.
